We serve Carbon, Monroe, Pike, Luzerne, Schuylkill, and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania, as well as Warren and Sussex counties in New Jersey — covering Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Jim Thorpe, Lehighton, Mount Pocono, Lake Harmony, Tannersville, Tobyhanna, Blakeslee, Hawley, White Haven, Easton, and surrounding communities throughout the Pocono Mountains region.

We work with homeowners, real estate agents, brokers, Airbnb and vacation rental hosts, property managers, and commercial property owners looking to market their listings with high-quality media.

Our residential packages start at $150 for the Foundation Listing, $250 for the Signature Listing, and $350 for the Premier Listing. Commercial packages start at $400. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred time, especially during busy seasons. Limited availability each week means early booking is best.

Most real estate photography projects are delivered within 24–48 hours. This includes professionally edited images ready for MLS, social media, and marketing use.

Video projects, including cinematic walkthroughs and drone footage, are typically delivered within 48–72 hours depending on the scope of the project.

All media is delivered through an online gallery where you can easily download, share, and access your files. Images are formatted for MLS and high-resolution marketing use.

We recommend decluttering, cleaning all surfaces, turning on lights, and removing personal items. A well-prepared home helps create brighter, more appealing images that attract buyers.

No, you do not need to be present. As long as we have access to the property, we can complete the shoot efficiently. However, you’re always welcome to be there if you prefer.

Most real estate photography sessions take between 30–90 minutes depending on the size of the property and the services selected.

Yes, we offer professional drone photography and video (FAA Part 107 licensed and insured). Aerial media is especially effective for showcasing large properties, lakefront homes, and scenic locations in the Pocono Mountains.

Yes. We offer Zillow Showcase 3D tours — an immersive interactive experience that lets buyers explore the property from anywhere and appears directly on Zillow listings. We also provide both 2D floor plans and 3D photorealistic floor plans to help buyers understand layout and flow.

Yes, additional services such as video, drone footage, or extra editing can be added even after your initial booking - however your booking date and/or time slot may need to be altered slightly to accommodate the additional services.

Absolutely. We regularly work with Airbnb and short-term rental hosts to create high-quality photos and videos that increase bookings and improve listing performance.

If weather conditions are not suitable for outdoor or drone photography, we will reschedule or return to capture those elements when conditions improve.

We understand schedules can change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without a fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance, and our drone pilot holds an FAA Part 107 certification — the commercial drone license required by law for paid aerial photography. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for properties that require them.

We can perform minor cleanup edits such as removing small distracting items digitally. However, for best results we recommend preparing the property before the shoot — removing vehicles from the driveway, clearing clutter from outdoor spaces, and ensuring interiors are staged. Major structural changes or furniture removal are beyond standard editing scope.

Payment is due upon delivery of your media. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. No upfront deposit is required for standard bookings.
