  • What is the turnaround time for photos and videos?

    Most photo galleries are delivered within 24–48 hours. Video, 3D tours, and floor plans may take slightly longer, typically 48–72 hours.

  • Do I need to be present during a real estate shoot?

    It’s not required, but it can be helpful for access and last-minute staging. We’re happy to work with lockbox codes or coordinate with agents as needed.

  • How should I prepare the property before the shoot?

    We recommend decluttering, turning on all lights, opening blinds, and ensuring the home is clean and photo-ready. We can provide a detailed prep checklist upon booking.

  • Do you offer video walkthroughs or floor plans?

    Yes, we offer both cinematic video walkthroughs and detailed 2D floor plans as part of our enhanced marketing services.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel a shoot?

    Yes—please give at least 24 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations to avoid a fee.

  • Are you insured?
