We recommend decluttering, cleaning all surfaces, turning on lights, and removing personal items. A well-prepared home helps create brighter, more appealing images that attract buyers.

No, you do not need to be present. As long as we have access to the property, we can complete the shoot efficiently. However, you’re always welcome to be there if you prefer.
